  • exhausted literally all the time
  • gorging on red meat is no longer fun
  • giant clumps of hair falling out everywhere
  • cold af feet
  • quick nap becomes passing out for hours
  • dealing with social female body hair stigma: deluxe mode
  • shaving your damn face
  • your period might be in two days, or three months, or a year, but it’s gonna be H E A V Y
  • breakouts for days
  • exciting side deficiencies in iron + other vitamins
  • finding out as a teenager that you might well be infertile
  • so. many. pills.
  • ~fitspo~ just makes you feel gross and fat
  • trying to seperate fad diets from actual useful information
  • sleep half the day, still tired
  • i miss bread
  • daisy ridley is a hero and inspiration

HR: if they work 40 hours a week u have to give them benefits

Big company: hmm okay. They shall work 39

HR: if they work 8 hours u have to give them a half hour lunch and intermittent breaks 

company: 7 hours and 50 minutes, it is 

the law: if theyre employees you have to pay for benefits

company: lets staff through a temp service and wait so long to hire them in they quit out of frustration

the law: You must pay them this and no less.

company: I shall pay them that and no more.

The law: you have to pay your employees

Company: then we’ll replace them all with interns

And people still try to defend this shit with ‘Well they MUST work REALLY HARD to earn THAT kind of money!!!’

I assure you they don’t. I assure you the people earning the least money are working the most. I don’t see CEO’s doing 60 hour weeks just to keep food on the table. They don’t do that, because they don’t have to, because they get paid so much they aren’t desperate enough to have to.

If you follow me, reblog this. It is an important piece of data. I would love to see one for the annual tax expenditure of minimum wage versus CEO’s as a proportion of their annual income.

This is the aggregation of labor. This is what it looks like. It has happened before. It will likely happen again unless it is changed.
